It's Time for the Annual Winter Blast Camp!​
December 29th and 30th, 2025
GRADES 2 - 8

The Ames High Winter Blast Basketball Camp is set for December 29th and 30th at the Harrison Barnes Gymnasium at Ames High School. It will be administered by Ames High School coaches. The camp provides instruction in the fundamentals for players of all skill levels and includes games, competitions, and more!
The camp is open to boys and girls in grades 2 through 8, and players do not have to be Ames Basketball Club members to participate.
GRADES 6 - 8: 10 a.m. to 12:30pm
GRADES 2 - 5: 1 to 3:30 pm.
In addition to instruction, all attendees will receive a Winter Blast t-shirt.

AClub Camps & Clinics
We regularly host camps and clinics for boys and girls to foster skill development, teamwork and pride in the Ames High School basketball program. The camps are designed for players in first through eighth grade and teach the fundamentals of basketball.

All offerings are $65 per player and include a t-shirt.
